Return/Refund Policy

Software

  • If you are not 100% satisfied with any Masteri software subscriptions, please contact us at support@nawatt.com within 7 days of your purchase to receive a refund.
  • Your refund will be subject to a processing charge of payment for the first month of service (calculated at the Monthly Subscription rate) if you purchased an annual subscription.
  • Refunds requested more than 7 days after your initial purchase date will not be issued unless the transaction was the result of a fraudulent purchase.
  • If you requested a refund, it should appear on your credit card statement within 14 working days upon us notifying you.
  • After receiving your refund, you agree to uninstall and/or stop using any Masteri software product(s) for which you no longer possess a valid license for. Nawatt FZE reserves the right to disable any Masteri Account, product keys, vouchers and/or serial numbers issued for the refunded products.

Professional Services

  • Once a professional service including but limited to Data Entry, Online Training, …etc. has been completed, no refund will be issued for the cost of the service.
